What We Do
Water Infrastructure Planning
We build new water and wastewater models, calibrate wastewater model, assess existing and future network capacity according to WSAA/SEQ Design & Construction Code. Review IDM/Population, Prepare detail planning of the pumping station, Master planning report, Develop capital works program, Prepare project proposal and business cases.
Water Infrastructure Design
Concept design of water supply and wastewater infrastructure for infrastructure strategies.
Detail design of water supply, wastewater and stormwater network for residential/commercial property development(re-routing existing network) and small scale subdivision development.
Storm Water / Hydraulics
We provide master drainage services according to QUDM standard, Subsurface drainage and Overland flow modeling (ID & 2D), Determine flood mitigation options for 1% ,10% & 39% AEP.
Engineering Services for Development
Prepare Council's submission for building extension, sewer siting/ building over or near sewer. Prepare engineering services report of water and wastewater utilities, stormwater management plan for residential, commercial and small scale subdivision projects.
Asset Management
We provide only for water, wastewater and stormwater network data inventory report, data improvement report, Spatial/GIS analysis. Desktop data analysis for asset life cycle management for renewal program, condition assessment from CCTV report and build asset management plan.
RPEQ Certification
Review design against State/Regional Planning Acts, Environmental Planning Acts, Referral Agency Acts, Safety & Reliability Acts, Council's Policy, WSAA Code, SEQ D&C Codes, QDC,QBC, DNRM
